CFP: Teaching Hub @2022 Eastern APA
The AAPT-APA Teaching Hub is returning
to the Eastern APA meeting in January 2022!
The AAPT-APA Teaching Hub is a series of interactive workshops and conversations designed specifically for philosophers and created to celebrate teaching within the context of the APA divisional meetings. Jointly organized by the American Association of Philosophy Teachers and the APA Committee on the Teaching of Philosophy, the Teaching Hub aims to offer a range of high quality and inclusive development opportunities that address the teaching of philosophy at all levels, pre-college though graduate school.
The calls for proposals are out and the proposals for sessions are due July 31, 2021.
For the Eastern Division Meeting, proposals are being accepted for the following sessions (links are to the calls themselves):
- Religion in the Philosophy Classroom
- The Hidden Curriculum
- Alternative Grading
- Intergenerational Philosophy
- Disabled Philosophers: Equity and Accessibility in the Philosophy Classroom
Deadline for proposals: July 31, 2021.
