Talking/Teaching

Talking/Teaching is our online one-hour discussion series about topics in teaching philosophy. Facilitators will take 5-10 minutes providing a concise summary of their thinking on the topic they have chosen, and enough context and good questions to start and sustain a conversation. No advance preparation is required, and you need not be an AAPT member to attend.

In Spring 2026, Talking/Teaching will meet biweekly on alternating Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 3:30-4:30 p.m. (Eastern Time). Register here to attend any session in the Spring 2026 series. If you are interested in facilitating a future Talking/Teaching section in Fall 2026, please submit a proposal.
