New Board
With the new year comes changes to the
AAPT Board of Directors.
Here are the changes:
As we welcome Andy Carpenter to his new position as President, we extend our appreciation to David Concepción for his years of service in various capacities, especially his most recent work as President. Dave will continue to serve on the Board as the Immediate Past President.
Andrew Mills’ term as At-Large member of the Board ends but he begins his term as Vice President.
We have three new and two returning At-Large Members of the Board. Christina Hendricks, J. Robert Loftis, and Rebecca Scott are our newly elected Board members, while Scott McElreath and Jeniffer Wilson Mulnix has each been re-elected to the Board.
Thanks and appreciation go to Bill Anelli and Mimi Marinucci, whose terms as At-Large Members of the Board have just ended, and Nils Rauhut, the most recent Past President. These past two years could not have been as successful and productive as they were if it were not for their work and dedication.
These positions on the Board of Directors have two year terms, from January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2017.
