- Post Title: Open Access Logic Texts: Creating an Open Introduction to Logic
- Post Author: Rob Loftis
- Description: The purpose of this session was to promote the development of a free formal logic textbook that could replace Timothy Hurley’s A Concise Introduction to Logic in the textbook marketplace. At the session, I gave out copies of the free logic text that I use, a remix of P.D. Magnus’s For All X. A .pdf is included here. I also reviewed the other free formal logic texts available. The write up of this comparison is also included here.
See also the website for my remix of the text: forallxremix.org.
