<p class="MsoNormal">After 18 wonderful years at Ball State University, the multiple national award-winning journal
<i>Stance</i> needs a new group of undergraduate students, and a dedicated professor to lead them, to continue publishing. The learning experience for the student editors is truly remarkable.

<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The new editorial team will commit to excellent stewardship for five years, by providing<o:p></o:p></p>
<ul style="margin-top:0in" type="disc">
<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">An enthusiastic faculty member with a stable appointment (preferably to teach the class in load)<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">A stable pool and pipeline of talented philosophy students, at least ten prospective philosophy majors (or advanced minors) to serve each of the next five years<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">A supportive department, college, and university administration<o:p></o:p></li></ul>
